Due to the special tip geometry, the plug screws through plaster thicknesses of up to 10 mm without pre-drilling, which enables a fast processing.
The FID II is easily set with a standard TX40 bit.
The fischer insulation plug enables an universal use in all common insulation materials.

The fischer FID II insulation plug is suitable for fixing lightweight attachments to external thermal insulation composite systems. Thanks to the combined centering, milling and cutting function of the plug tip, the FID II can be screwed in with pinpoint accuracy. The small head diameter in combination with the anchor's underhead milling pockets ensure a perfectly concealed and surface-flush setting result. The FID II is particularly suitable for fixing lightweight attachments such as outdoor lamps, house numbers or doorbells to the ETICS.
