The secure stand-off installation of heavy loads on insulated façades.
The fischer stand-off installation system TherMax II is a solution for fixing without thermal bridges on insulated façades. The system consists of a special threaded rod made of stainless steel with a glass fibre reinforced cone, a cover cap with EPDM sealing ring and a threaded pin. The anti-cold cone on the threaded rod cuts through the plaster into the insulating material and interrupts the thermal bridge. In combination with various fischer injection mortars, the TherMax II has an approval for numerous building materials. An anchor sleeve is included in the standard delivery for mortar-saving fixing in perforated brick masonry. The separate cover cap with EPDM sealing ring together with the rounded head of the cone equalises angled drill holes. The EPDM sealing ring protects against penetrating humidity and driving rain. The TherMax II secures heavy loads such as awnings, air conditioning units and satellite dishes in concrete, aerated concrete and solid masonry.
